Automated QA Software License Agreement

1. Grant. The licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
   licence to install and run one copy of this software ("Software") on
   machines you control, for your own internal use, including running it
   against your own applications.

2. Restrictions. You may not, and may not let anyone else: (a) copy, modify,
   translate or create derivative works of the Software, except as needed to
   run it; (b) redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, host or otherwise
   make the Software available to a third party; (c) publish the Software or
   any part of its source in any public or private repository or registry;
   (d) reverse engineer or extract source from the Software except where law
   forbids this restriction; (e) remove any copyright or licence notice;
   (f) use the Software to build a competing product or service.

3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. The licensor keeps all
   right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights.
   Reports and artifacts the Software generates about your own applications
   belong to you.

4. Third-party components. Components listed in NOTICE remain under their own
   licences, which govern them.

5. No warranty. The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any
   kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
   particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the
   licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential
   or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the
   Software. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the
   Software, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

7. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On
   termination you must delete all copies of the Software.

8. General. This is the entire agreement for the Software. If a provision is
   unenforceable the rest remains in force. Contact the licensor for any other
   use, including commercial redistribution.
